Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that live plants require special handling. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (live plants that have been planted or significantly altered)
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions and authorization
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@quomlarevrshod.cv.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us for return authorization.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
